Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every purchase from the SlotMC store.
1. Who you're buying from
The SlotMC store is run on Tebex, which processes all payments as the merchant of record. Tebex's own terms also apply to your purchase.
2. What you're buying
You're buying Credits, a virtual in-game currency for the SlotMC Minecraft server, and the in-game items you spend them on. Credits and items have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred to another account.
3. Delivery
Credits are delivered automatically to the Minecraft username entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If you're offline, they're added the next time you join. Make sure the username is correct: we can't move a purchase to a different account.
4. Refunds
Because purchases are digital and delivered right away, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If something didn't arrive, contact us and we'll sort it out.
5. Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in a permanent ban from SlotMC and removal of purchased items.
6. Bans and changes
Buying from the store doesn't exempt you from the server rules. If you're banned for breaking them, you won't get a refund. We may change, rebalance or remove in-game items and features at any time to keep the game fair and fun.
7. Age
If you're under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before buying.
8. Minecraft
SlotMC is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.
